Tai’ Chi Gung has been referred to as the “owner’s manual for the human body.” To practice Ti’ Chi Gung is to enter the healing energy of loving peace and stillness in motion.
The practice is regenerative. It is an efficient, low impact path to wellbeing, health and mental clarity.
An article in Time Magazine in 2002 referred to Tai Chi as, “the perfect exercise.” An October 2009 supplement to the Mayo Clinic Health letter stated the Tai Chi “brings together five different and important kinds of exercise – aerobic, strength train, flexibility and balance.” Dr Eric Olio, in an article in Oprah on Energy Medicine QiGong and Tai Chi stated, “These techniques involve the use of meditation, movement and breath regulation to improve or rebalance the flow of vital energy. These slow, gentle movements can be performed by virtually anyone, regardless of age or fragility. Research has shown that regular use of qigong or Tai Chi exercises can improve circulation, improve immune function and promote a relaxation response in the body.”
