In this workshop you will learn:
· How to Pick a Flute
· History of the Instrument
· Maintenance
· Playing the flute Solo, & with Others
· Basic music theory to assist with playing with other musicians
· Practice tips

· Breath Control & Awareness
· Toning & the Chakras
· Meditation
· Energy Clearing
· Tone & Intention
