Unity Enterprise Group Update
The Unity Enterprise group was formed in mid-2009 to provide support for those who were ready to step forward in faith and put into action the teachings of the laws of attraction, intent and a belief that in order to manifest our dreams we must take action. We have a twofold purpose. One is to provide support, encouragement and guidance to our members in their individual professional endeavors. The other is to create opportunities for the group to come together for joint ventures. We are a for-profit group that operates under the belief that collaboration, not competition, is the path to a thriving enterprise and society. Our VISION is to joyfully manifest our dreams. We empower and support each other for the highest good of ALL.
Our MISSION is to explore and nurture our unlimited possibilities. We generate ideas and enterprises that create abundant life.
In our joint ventures, we endeavor to provide a source of income to our members and at the same time provide value to those we serve. To date the Enterprise group’s efforts have contributed close to $430 to the church through our split agreement from the Fall Festival, as well as providing an outlet for our church community and youth department to sell their arts and crafts. We also put together the recent fully-catered Christmas party at half the cost of last year’s event. The profits enabled us to purchase and contribute 10 new lightweight tables to UCCL valued at over $320.
As we continue to adjust to the current economic conditions, we encourage all of you to find collaborative ways to create win-win solutions. If you have the desire to start a new business, have started one and are looking for a group to support your efforts, or are interested in developing joint ventures that help all, you are welcome to join us. Our group is open to all. We meet from 9:30 to 12 on Tuesday mornings at UCCL.
