2010 Prayer Chaplain Training Program

Orientation Classes:
Sunday, January 3rd or February 14th
Prayer Chaplain Training Begins March 26th
Prayer Chaplain Training and “being” a Prayer Chaplain is transformational work. No prior experience in praying with others is required to serve.
You must be a member of UCCL who has completed a membership class. You must also have completed an Introduction to Prayer class. Prayer Chaplains will be trained to: Hold Spiritual Space; Lovingly Listen; Pray from the Heart and Hold in Confidence what is Shared.
If the Prayer Chaplain program feels like an opportunity you would like to explore, please plan to sign up to attend one of our required Prayer Chaplain Orientations from 12:30 to 2:30pm on January 3rd or February 14th. Your questions will be answered at the Orientation; however, if you have questions or concerns that need to be addressed before then please contact Patricia Burke at 755-2278.
